That was all the entertainment I had in that small steel room. Of course, the government wasn't paying millions of dollars just for me to read books and sleep. The lights of the city danced in thousands of colors, as if each and every light had it's own will and the only thing it wanted was to party to the music of the cars and trucks. To anyone passing by who should happen to look up, they would have seen a boy no older than 14 crouching high above on the ledge of the 10-story building. This person would most likely assume there eye's were playing tricks on them and that they needed to have a good night's sleep.
